This hotel is a little gem! It’s clean, modern, and beautifully furnished, with unique design touches that you don’t often find at this price. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. Plus, its location strikes a nice balance between the new government area and the old city, making it easy to explore.

The young girl at the reception, Nat, was extremely helpful in helping us arrange taxis and trains back to Kokshetau. The hotel is also clean, comfortable and very good value for money. I will be recommending it to friends and colleagues.
